I have a ? about memory

Author: I always forget things very easily. ( I am 19) My husband will be talking to me about something and he tells me not to forget and then 10 min later I completely forget. Sometimes when I am driving I start going to a different location instead of what we planned on. It keeps getting worst and I am scared about this. I will go into another room to get something and then when I get to that room I forget why I am there. Is there anything that can help me with my memory problem? My husband gets mad that he has to be responsible for remembering all the important things we have to do like the kids doctors apointments and ect…. Please help. Be nice. Thanx
